WARRANTY PROCESS FOR CUSTOMER WHO PURCHASED AT A RETAIL STORE

Zegul kayaks sea kayaks purchased through an authorised dealer are covered by a 2-Year Limited Warranty on materials and workmanship, valid to the original owner only and if followed our Care & Maintenance Guide.

All warranty claims should be referred to the original point of purchase of the product (Zegul authorized dealer or distributor), and include a description of the problem, photo or video, serial number (where applicable), and proof of purchase (invoice or original purchase ticket) including the date. 

Please note that a warranty will only cover breakage as a result of a defect in materials or workmanship; paddlesports can be both unpredictable and unforgiving, normal wear and tear is not warranted.
